Born on Thanksgiving Day, in Buffalo, New York, Amanda Marie Casarella is the second of three daughters.  

    Amanda began taking acting classes at the University at Buffalo while she was still in high school and continued her studies at the University after graduating high school. During her college career, she studied abroad in London, England, which allowed her the opportunity to travel all over England and Ireland, along with western and southern Europe. After returning to the States and receiving her degree with honors, Amanda moved to New York City to further her studies at The Neighborhood Playhouse. 

    In the years that followed, Amanda focused on healing from depression and abuse and continuing on her self-growth journey.

    Ten and half years later and in a much better place, Amanda is recommitting herself to her training. She moved across the country to San Francisco, CA, to earn her master’s degree from The Academy of Art University. Amanda has recently relocated to the Los Angeles area to pursue her acting goals.

     Amanda’s other interests include reading, lying on the beach, tapping, and doing a word search, and if she can do any of those things while listening to 90's country music, she is one happy lady!
